Our motorhome was up for a total engine rebuild. Karl and the team were thorough in their diagnostic appraisal. Sought solutions throughout the country, kept me informed every step of the way about options and pricing. Went the extra distance to keep pricing affordable. I was invited in to attend to some surface rust on the chassis whilst the engine was out , product was the only charge for this opportunity. Had smoko with a great team of workers. You get a sense of genuine trust and honesty and you know what to expect. Karl was upfront about a minor event beyond his control and generously discounted significant labour hours as way of compensation. the job(no small job) was completed within the time frame given, the motorhome was washed and Karl walked me out to watch me start up the motorhome and drive away. How good is that? Now they have a brand new customer for life.

We used FBT Workshop for the first time for a COF, our vehicle had to stay there for a few days with the work that was required. We were kept up to date on progress and Karl thoroughly researched solutions to work that was needed on the vehicle, very professional, excellent communication, would have no hesitation in recommending.
